SWANSEA FEMINIST NETWORK

Swansea Feminist Network is a group of women that campaign, raise awareness and discuss issues that effect women. Recent activities have included organising a Pro Choice Demo in London, Feminist Fridays and a Music Fundraiser to highlight the talent of local female musicians and raise money for the Women’s Centre. More importantly they also have fun! There is a Feminist Knitting Group, trips to the cinema (recently to go and see Bridesmaids), craft nights and meeting up in the pub. They also published their own zine called ‘Pandora Press’.

They meet at the Women’s Centre on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 6pm.
